The flayed ox and a hanged moose

A slaughted moose.

Yesterday I went with my friend and photographer Leif to visit a slaughter of a wild boar. It was my first time visiting such a thing. When I saw another slaughted animal, a moose hanging up-side-down, I thought a bit of The Flayed ox by Rembrandt.

It is interesting to see how fragile life is, when confronted with death.
